After being in Beta since January 2019, a team of exhibitors and technology enthusiasts based in the Washington DC area has launched ExhibitDay – a free exhibit management tool for trade show managers, event planners and trade show teams. The Beta version of the tool was tested with nearly 1,000 users across several groups of event teams which contained trade show coordinators, event managers, and exhibitors.
Today, ExhibitDay offers a full-featured, online trade show management service for organizations that attend trade shows. The service is tailored for small to medium-sized trade show teams who attend nearly 10-100 trade shows each year. There is currently no other tool available in the market that is as easy-to-use, as affordable, and offers as many exhibitor-focused features. ExhibitDay has eliminated the paperwork, emails, and spreadsheet hodgepodge that goes into planning a trade show. The professional plan is being offered at an affordable per-user license pricing model and it enables more advanced features such as Budgeting and ROI tracking.
ExhibitDay offers tracking of event attendees and their travel reservations, as well as synchronization of events, tasks, and schedules with third-party apps such as Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook. In the upcoming months, ExhibitDay plans to focus development efforts on new features such as integration with third-party tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and other CRM solution.
