AJ had to go through a lot in order to discover the purpose of his life. Before becoming a recognized High Performance Expert, he faced severe health issues like kidney stones, asthma, insomnia, destroyed gut microbiome, etc. He reached a point where he decided to stop taking standard medical advice and took it onto himself to crack the health code and become what he refers to as an Optimized Human. Before he realized that he was born to help people on a larger scale through his Human Optimization Coaching, he had a Nutrition Consulting Company and owned a brick-and-mortar gym business. Now, he practices his creative powers and entrepreneurial mindset to impact people around the world.
