Apex has announced that it has closed all the acquisition of the corporate service businesses from Link Group’s Asset Services division. And it is going to build on corporate services in order to give its clients an excellent experience. The Corporate and Private Client Services (CPCS) and Throgmorton businesses have entered in a deal with the Apex which would involve the addition of 600 employees and 6,000 clients to the various markets of the Apex Group.
With this deal, the corporate services of the Apex Group will improve on a large scale as there will be the addition of many specialist hubs in the various regions namely, the UK, Ireland, Jersey, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Hungary, and Switzerland. According to Peter Hughers, the founder and CEO of Apex Group, due to the introduction of CPCS and Throgmorton, the final pillar of their four core service segments has strengthened a lot. This has happened due to the excellent corporate services offering of the two entities.
