Ariana Grande has more than 146.29 million followers. With this, she has left behind Selena Gomes who was previously on the top spot and currently has 146.27 million followers.
Grande and Gomez are now the second and third most followed Instagram account holders. The first place is captured by Cristiano Ronaldo who has more than 156 million followers.
According to Billboard, Grande gained 13 million Instagram followers from November 2018 to February 2019. This four-month window attracted a lot of people to Grande’s profile due to her hyperactive presence. Gomez lost popularity due to an inpatient facility where she had to get treatment for mental health issues in September 2018. She took an extended break from social media and this benefited a lot to Grande.
Grande had also become the most subscribed female musician on YouTube earlier. She has more than 33.2 million subscribers and the numbers are increasing quickly. She left behind record holders Taylor Swift and Katy Perry. Grande is second in subscribers after Justin Bieber. Instagram is now the most visited social media platform. People buy Instagram followers to grow their online presence. Buying Instagram followers is allowing them to attract more audience towards their content and bio.
