This substantively hinders their creativity or productivity in their professional life, which wrecks their career.

Hence, those who are building a career should focus on seeking constructive demeanors to look after themselves. For instance, yoga is one way to achieve peace, relaxation, and exceptional mind and body wellness. This spiritual Hindu venture can be denoted as an exercise that includes breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific body postures widely practiced for health and relaxation.

The habitual exercises associated with yoga spark immense creativity and seeds innovative ideas to incorporate in your respective thereby helping to excel and emerge as one of a kind.

Moving on, yoga also affects an individual’s personal life. It helps build healthy relationships filled with love, charm, and care for your loved ones. This is achieved through yoga because yoga helps calms the chaotic mind, thereby helping stave off unnecessary worries and doubts. This gives you the chance to focus on your relationships and work on them to make them better. Additionally, yoga brings about the best in you. It promotes self-care and self-love, which is essential for staying happy and healthy and peacefully carrying out other life chores.

One fine example who extensively advocates and promotes the many benefits of yoga is the German woman of power and passion, Dr. Nadia Najjari.  She is a certified yoga teacher and has also completed training as a Prenatal Yoga Teacher. In 2017 she completed her diploma in Acupuncture (TCM) in Grafing/ Munich, Germany. She became Resilience Coach (Stress Management) in October 2020.

Dr Nadia pursues multiple careers. She is a medical specialist and acquires colossal experience. The medical practitioner is an expert in IVF segmentation to improve implantation success, focusing on recurrent implantation failure, recurrent miscarriage, fertility preservation before cytotoxic therapy, endometriosis, hormonal imbalances, and genetic disorders. Her experience in this subspecialty amounts to over 15 years of exclusive practice as a Board Certified Gynecologists, obstetrician, and subspecialist in gynecological endocrinology and reproductive medicine in Germany, including many years at the University of Bonn, as Deputy Director at Kinderwunschpraxis Offenbach, Germany, and in the UAE, including as Head of Department and consultant in a well-known hospital in Abu Dhabi from 2018-2021. She is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Infertility/IVF and Embryology, working for DOH (Department Of Health) since 2018.

Moving on, she also encompasses excellent artistic skills. The phenomenal artist acquires exceptional expertise in making abstracts that steal the attention of the spectator. Her exhibitions are carried out all over the world. The passionate woman balances her multiple career life exceptionally. She also pays particular concern to her private life by building a wholesome relationship with her children.

Dr. Nadia believes that yoga has the powerful propensity to improve health and wellness. It also helps achieve prosperity in other areas of life. Being a yoga expert herself, sets precedents by managing her multi-ventured life that yoga helps pull off special effects in the different areas of life.
