Vlad Varizhuk, Russian immigrant turned Florida local, has shown just how possible the impossible can become. Growing up with minimal belongings after making the move from Russia to the United States as a young boy, he learned that struggling as an adult was not an option for him or his family. He began working hard to provide himself and his family a lifestyle they had never known before. Entrepreneurialism became his destiny. Though many turns occurred prior to his leap into the work of being an entrepreneur, he took the time listening to many positive influencers which ultimately lead him to the position he holds today.
Vlad tells that, after many life changing experiences, he found himself listening to a combination of many different positive influences in order to help guide him through. He explains that he spent many hours reading and listening to Tai Lopez, Tony Robbins, Zig Ziggler, as well as some deceased influences such as Dale Carnigee, Napolean Hill and Jim Rohn. He explains that having a variety of advice and guidance gave him a well-rounded understanding of many different entrepreneurial aspects.
Though he took much advice from others, he offered some in exchange. Vlad mentions that anyone who could be considering the world of entrepreneurialism should understand that everyone has had struggles with different things in their lives that could potentially block them from believing in themselves but it is important to not think small. Limiting ourselves to what we know is not going to welcome knew knowledge or opportunities. He also explains that failing is an essential part to becoming successful, and with each failure, a new learning outcome is and will be achieved.
Vlad additionally says that making daily goals is an extremely useful tool and that the mindset of having already achieved them is even more important. He claims that these actions and attitude adjustments will start changing the way each day functions and you will begin to firmly believe in yourself and your capabilities. He says, your mind will start opening and you will begin to see opportunities you would have never noticed prior.
Vlad’s last piece of advice and personal lesson learned through his journey to entrepreneurship, is to be yourself. He proclaims, it is detrimental not to adjust yourself in order to fit in or be like someone else. If you study someone, do not become them, but do incorporate aspects that align with your own values and ethics. He notes, people often buy into you before the product. He follows with, real people will recognize authenticity and will noticed the genuine passion for the things you like and do not. They will want to work together because you offer a raw relationship that will be built on trust and being true to yourself. Do not afraid to be different, he exclaims.
