Bhupendra Singh Rathore, or BSR as he is fondly known, is a renowned motivational speaker and transformational and business coach from Pune. Over the past decade, he has consulted over a thousand SME owners and coached them for 6-24 months, helping them transform their businesses and reach greater heights. He has also addressed over 3.5 lakh people in over a thousand talks and seminars conducted across India.
BSR has recently joined the board of advisors or Alphalogic Techsys Limited, a bespoke software consulting firm from the city. Speaking about his joining the firm, BSR says, “Alphgalogic is a fast growing company and has recently announced its Initial Public Offering (IPO). In ten years of operations, they have built a clientele in twelve countries, and have very loyal customers.”
Anshu Goel, the founder and CEO of Alphalogic does take pride in his customers, some of whom have stayed with them 7-10 years. “If a customer has stayed for so long, it speaks of the confidence they have in us. We witnessed a growth of 120 percent in the last year, and plan to triple our workforce by 2020,” Anshu says. “BSR joining us as an advisor will give us a lot of strength,” he adds.
Strategic planning and helping the company develop long term planning and vision is where BSR intends to fit in. “I want the company and its leadership to think in the scale of 20 years, and work towards it. I will help build the right culture and practises in the organisation, so it can accelerate,” BSR says.
Speaking about Alphalogic’s IPO on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) startup platform, BSR added that this is a dream come true for any company. He adds, “Going public is never easy. One needs to have the right attitude and strategy in place to be able to get here. Any Tom, Dick or Harry, who wants to go public will not be able to do so. It is only the people who understand what kind of responsibility it is going to bring them, will attempt something like this.”
Anshu plans to use the proceeds of the IPO in Alphalogic’s geographical expansion as well. “We wish to expand our clientele, and eventually get listed in the BSE main platform in the next two years. Who wouldn’t want to be a part of the Nifty, the BSE share market sensex?” he says.
BSR firmly believes that an entrepreneur defines a company’s identity more than anything else. “In my limited interaction with Anshu, I found a lot of passion, hunger, and willingness in him to actually do whatever it takes to reach the top. He is going for an IPO in just 10 years time. If he has been able to bring his company to this level, it means that his head is in the right place. Not only him, his other managing directors and team is also really hardworking and passionate,” he says.
