According to the data available, it has been found that the ROG Phone 2 crossed 2 million pre-orders in China since the launch of the handset.
The results in China hint that after the launch of the gaming phone in the other markets, it is expected to do even better. And the total sale in China is expected to cross a very big number. The new gaming Phone ROG Phone 2 released by ASUS has an overclocked Adreno GPU. It features 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 3.0 storage. It has a 6.59 inch 2340*1080 pixel resolution 120Hz/1ms AMOLED display with 10,000:1 contrast ratio. Another popular feature is its 48 megapixels + 13-megapixel camera system at the backside and a 24-megapixel front camera. The handset has a huge battery of 6,000mAh and it offers 30W fast charging. It has Android 9 Pie with the ROG UI and features an in-display fingerprint sensor.
It is the first smartphone which is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 855+ chipset, which provides a high processing speed for gaming purpose. The company is pondering to release the phone in other areas of the world which would further increase its sale.
