Luis Bordeaux is an American record producer with deep, gentle, soulful music under his label. The music is as easy as it is complex with his influence coming from Motown to the Berlin electronic scene to hip hop and jazz. Born to immigrant parents, Bordeaux is a self taught producer who has been influenced from different cultures and music to create his own unique one.
The record producer from Bronx, NY, is one half of the production duo Bordeaux & Non Native who are best known for producing Lil Tjay & 6lack’s “Callin My Phone” that peaked at number three on the Billboard Hot 100. The duo has also worked on the other Billboard charting singles like Lil Tjay’s “Headshot” ft. Polo G & Fivio Foreign and “Zoo York” ft Pop Smoke & Fivio Foreign.
The producer group, Neptunes, has heavily influenced Bordeaux’s work. He has also been influenced by electronic music which is pretty evident from his work. Today, with all the influences Bordeaux is busy in creating the sounds of a generation with his potential and unparalleled skills. Luis Bordeaux, along with Non Native, is creating an infectious new drill sound and presenting to the music industry one of the most exciting works in Hip Hop by creating 2020 superstars Fivio Foreign, Lil Tjay and the late-Pop Smoke. The duo has been credited for one of the biggest singles in rap like Lil Tjay’s “Zoo York” and Meek Mill & Fivio Foreign’s “Demons & Goblins”. With the release of H.E.R.‘s Saturday Night Live new single, “Hold” that became a chartbuster immediately, the duo has been unstoppable.
