Student feedback system contains three tier review processes – self-assessment, peer, and supervisor review. They have a list of parameters that range from initiatives to academics. These three tiers of the system are helping colleges to find shortcomings and training needs to enhance the performance of teachers. The training of teachers under the student feedback system includes a workshop on classroom management, communication, and leadership.
Colleges are also using online assessment to test teachers’ performance throughout a period. Teachers are self-enhancing their performance by relying on the parameters, including student learning level, how interactive the classrooms are, and how well they are connecting with students. The college-goers are free to response to concepts, clarity in teaching, and teacher support.
