What made you decide to try Speed Keto?
You know, I tried many diets throughout my life, and not one of them worked. They didn’t even make me feel good. And, you know, I also struggled with weight my whole life. In gym class, I was always picked last because my classmates thought I was heavy and ugly. Then, after I had my baby, I tried to count my calories. I mean, I did lose ten pounds, but I stalled. After that, I signed up for Weight Watchers, and I also lost ten pounds. But I stalled again, and finally, I got sick of counting points. I couldn’t stick with it.
So, I figured I had nothing to lose, so I told myself, why not try Keto? After a few months, I lost 14 pounds. That was nice. But then I saw Tim’s post on a Facebook group about Speed Keto, called “Ketosis Really Works.” I read that, and once again, I told myself, what do I have to lose? Well, it turns out, 100 pounds. I looked at myself in the mirror. I was disgusted with myself. I looked at my daughter, and I thought, I don’t want to be that heavy soccer mom anymore or whatever. For my daughter, I wanted to encourage her to be healthy. So, I gave Speed Keto a try.
How did you feel about Speed Keto? Did you notice any positive health benefits?
Speed Keto changed my lifestyle, and I feel great. I have more energy now to take care of my daughter and myself. I’m also able to focus on stuff better than before. This change helps me a lot because I want to take care of my daughter, Sophianna. Yes, Speed Keto makes me feel great, and I’m much happier now, and I’m also much more confident. I’ve never felt this much self-esteem before in my life. Thank you, Speed Keto!
How long have you done Speed Keto?
I started Speed Keto last May 26, 2020. I took a break between rounds, and now I’m on my third round. So, that’s hello 160s and goodbye, 280s! Never again. I went from a size 20 to a size ten, and I want to stay that way forever. Speed Keto is a total lifestyle change, not just a fad diet!
How did you learn about Speed Keto? Did a friend recommend it? Did you see it in a Facebook group or ad?
I saw a popular post from Tim Warren in a Facebook group. It was called “Ketosis Really Works.” Reading that post was the best decision I’ve ever made for myself!
What kind of physical activity or exercise (if any) did you do while on Speed Keto? Were you surprised that exercise was not required to lose weight? Were you able to maintain your physical fitness level while on Speed Keto?
When I started my first round, I didn’t do any exercise, but I still lost 25lbs. After that, I started jogging. And, right now, I’m training to run a 5k, and then hopefully, a 10k.
Do you believe that the support you received from the Speed Keto Facebook group has made a difference in your journey?
Absolutely. I absolutely believe that the Speed Ketosis group helped me a lot. Because they supported me every step of the way, I didn’t just go into Speed Keto blind. Just seeing motivational posts on that group helped me move forward. I have to mention Libby. She supported me all the way, and I will always thank her for that.
Will you be recommending Speed Keto to your friends and family?
For sure. Absolutely. I would most definitely recommend Speed Keto to everyone I know. I mean, I should know, right? I’ve seen the results myself. Right now, many of my friends and my family also want to try Speed Keto. They’ve also seen the positive changes it gave me. The whole thing is quick and easy. Guess what, the food is fantastic, too.
How long did it take for Speed Keto to start working for you?
Well, just three days. I started Speed Keto, and I started seeing results after only three days. After three days, I stood on the scale, and I saw it go down 5lbs. Can you believe it?
Do you plan to keep following Speed Keto?
Of course. Speed Keto has brought me astonishing results, and I don’t see any reason to stop doing it. You wouldn’t even feel you’re on a diet because the food is just incredible. I guess that’s the cherry on top of this whole thing. And, obviously, it made changing lifestyles a lot easier.
